CherryField is a family owned global apparel partner led by Tali Shladov and her sons, Bar & Guy, continuing three generations of textile expertise.
It began 4 decades ago with Adam Shladov, a top industry leader, who saw opportunity in emerging manufacturing regions long before they became industry centers. Together with his son Yossi, he built the foundation of a company rooted close to the factory floor and grounded in disciplined execution.
Today, we combines legacy with forward thinking. Leadership remains hands-on, personally invested & closely connected to production.

CherryField Ltd.
was founded by Adam Shladov as a family run manufacturing
partner in Turkey, rooted close to the factory floor.
Expanded across Asia
establishing operations in Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Vietnam, and building longterm technical partnerships.
Further strengthened our platform
in Southeast Asia with Laos and Myanmar, expanding capabilities and introducing strong pricing alternatives.
Established operations in Kenya
securing substantial manufacturing capacity and positioning early in a region that would later become a key industry hub.
Expanded our global presence
with design and marketing offices across the UK, Germany, and the United States, supporting leading international brands and retailers.
The third generation joined the business
as Bar and Guy Shladov became part of CherryField’s leadership, bringing fresh perspective while continuing the family’s
long-term vision.
Opened CherryField Apparel
in Nairobi, Kenya, establishing our own manufacturing facility and strengthening our integrated multi origin platform.
Opened a design and marketing office
in Spain, further strengthening our European presence and creative capabilities.
